Volleyball equipment should be specified as a compatible system, not as one net and two independent posts. Height adjustment, floor construction, post safety, net tension, antennas and referee access all influence performance and operation.
Net and post compatibility
The net length, cable arrangement and tensioning method must match the selected posts. For formal use, confirm the current federation requirements and the competition level before production.
Fixed, telescopic or mobile posts?
Floor-socket posts
These suit halls where volleyball is a primary use. Socket positions, sub-floor depth and flush covers should be planned before the sports floor is completed.
Telescopic posts
Height adjustment supports different user groups and training formats. The mechanism should move smoothly, lock securely and keep hand-trap points controlled.
Mobile posts
Mobile systems help multi-use halls change layouts quickly, but base weight, wheel brakes, storage space and the movement route must be assessed. Mobility must not compromise stability.
Post and referee-area safety
Posts should be smooth, stable and protected with padding appropriate to their diameter. A referee stand needs non-slip steps, a stable platform, clear sight of the net and no exposed edge within the free zone.
